Hosting an event of this scale takes incredible time, effort, and funding. While we’d love to host a free celebration for all, the reality is that every dollar collected goes directly back into making this experience possible — covering venue costs, food, merchandise, and charitable contributions.
In 2024, we proudly launched the Anchored Leadership Foundation, a soon-to-be-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This foundation now serves as the official home for JAX COINCON, CPO Heritage Week, the Southeast Region Annual Navy Birthday Ball, and other community-driven events throughout Jacksonville. Each initiative is designed to support and uplift our veteran and military community.
We work closely with Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) to ensure we uphold the Navy’s image and maintain the highest level of professional standards throughout this public event.
This isn’t “mandatory fun” — it’s a labor of love. The Chiefs, both active duty and retired, who pour their time into this event do so out of deep respect for our anchors and a commitment to each other. It’s about coming together, celebrating our legacy, and passing on timeless lessons to tomorrow’s leaders.
