It only says "FREE SHIPPING" so that the eCommerce site DOES NOT charge you shipping during checkout. No Shipping On "ANY" Items: All swag will be available for pick-up at the specific tri-base distribution days that will be established and announced at a later date. Surplus swag will be available to be shipped AFTER the event is complete for an additional cost.
