The theme for CPO Pride Day Jax changes every year. This year our theme is:

     NO! However, this is an event by CHIEF's for CHIEF's. We look for the support of our CPO community both through attendance and financial support. 

1. This is an EVENT. Most importantly, it is a FUNDRAISING EVENT. The minimal fee you pay to enter includes food and should be treated like a DONATION. All event proceeds are donated to NE Florida non-profits in need of our support! Financial and through volunteering. 
2. It shows CPO MESS & MILITARY "UNITY" or UNIT COHESIVENESS & CAMARADERIE during the event with high exposure to local city officials and during the media coverage that will take place during the event. 
3. It financially makes the event happen and supports the CPO Pride Day JAX Association which makes these large-scale events happen from the ground up. Without our sponsors and attendees supporting us this event would not happen to this scale or in this venue! 
4. Proceeds from the event help cover expenses such as: guest speaker airfare & hotel accommodations, the manufacturing of event swag (shirts, hats, coins, etc), event marketing, event meals/catering through the venue, annual website hosting & registration fees, and any associated fees related to running the association. 
5. Support the annual donation made to organization(s) like The CPO Scholarship Fund and other local veteran-focused organizations.
6. Any remaining funds are kept in the account to support the next years event. This years 2026 event planning started off with just over $10k left over from the 2025 event.
7. There aren't many (if any other) places this big with Air Conditioning that can hold this many people! IT'S FLORIDA! The venue, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, is not free. We are fortunate to apply for a grant (that is not guarranteed) through the arenas naming rights, VyStar "Veterans" Memorial Arena, that supports veteran events. Last two years, the bill for pride day, paid through that grant, was $23k-$30k. Imagine a day where we no longer are given that money or opportunity and have to pay for the venue on our own, whether it is the Vystar Arena or any other venue as a substitute.

• Yes! But we will only have limited quantities left at the event as we are required to give the venue a final head count for meals almost 2 weeks before the event

Yes! CPO Pride Day is for all past and present Chief Petty Officers, ACTIVE & RESERVES. This includes prior CPO's who went LDO/CWO. Once a Chief, Always a Chief!

Yes! There is no requirement to buy a package or an admission fee; however, we highly encourage buying a package to support the CPO Pride Day JAX Association which makes these large-scale events happen. REGISTER TODAY!
