CPO Pride Day Jacksonville is an independent, community-organized event. It is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the United States Navy, the Department of the Navy (DON), or any of their subsidiaries, agencies, or affiliates.

By placing an order, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms and accept the consequences of such circumstances.

By registering for and/or attending this event, participants, attendees, vendors, and guests voluntarily assume all risks of participation. By entering the venue, you agree that Anchored Leadership Foundation, CPO Pride Day Jacksonville Association, ASM Global, SMG, SMG Food & Beverage LLC dba SAVOR, the City of Jacksonville, VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, and their affiliates, members, officials, officers, employees, agents, and representatives are released from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, accident, or other incidents arising from or related to this event.

Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk. SMG, ASM Global, SMG Food & Beverage LLC dba SAVOR, and the City of Jacksonville, including their members, officials, officers, employees, and agents, are to be listed as additional insured on General Liability on a primary and non-contributory basis. A Waiver of Subrogation for General Liability in favor of SMG, ASM Global, and the City of Jacksonville, including their members, officials, officers, employees, and agents, also applies.

By placing an order, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms and accept the consequences of such circumstances.

By registering for or purchasing any items related to CPO Pride Day Jacksonville, you acknowledge and agree that in the event of a natural disaster, act of God, or any other unforeseen circumstance that results in cancellation of the event, all fees are non-refundable and will be forfeited. Event food will be donated to local shelters, and merchandise will either be distributed or shipped at a later date (shipping costs are the responsibility of the attendee).

While every effort will be made to reschedule, it is highly unlikely (99.9%) due to CPO Season time constraints and venue availability.
