CPO Pride Day Jax Charity Walk
FOOD & LUNCH INFORMATION
Lunch Is Included With Registration
Lunch will be provided to registered attendees during CPO Pride Day JAX 2026 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.
Each registered attendee will receive:
- 1 Chargrilled Half-Pound Burger served on a brioche bun
- Lettuce, tomato & onion bundled separately so you can build your burger
- Cheese Options: Cheddar or Pepper Jack
- 1 Grilled Hot Dog served in a hot dog bun
- French Fries
- Prepackaged Condiment Tray
- Water Stations & Assorted Sodas
- Dessert: Custom-printed CPO Pride Day cookies
Salt and pepper shakers will be available at the end of the buffet tables.
❤️ SPECIAL NOTE & AN ASK FROM THE EVENT TEAM
Feeding approximately 1,600 people in a limited service window is a tremendous undertaking. It requires months of planning, coordination, purchasing, preparation, staffing, cooking, staging, and serving—all while trying to keep thousands of people moving safely and efficiently.
So we have one simple ask: please bring a little patience, grace, and courtesy with you to lunch.
A “PLEASE” and “THANK YOU” goes a very long way toward the Legends Global food service staff, volunteers, and event coordinators who will be working extremely hard to take care of everyone.
We also recognize that we will never satisfy 100% of everyone’s individual palate. At events in the past, we have received complaints that a burger was cooked more or less than someone preferred, that an item did not taste exactly as expected, or that a particular food simply was not to someone’s liking.
At an event serving 1,600 people, this is large-scale event catering—not an individually prepared restaurant meal cooked to each person’s personal preference. There can be natural variations from one serving to another.
If there is a legitimate food-safety concern or something is clearly wrong with your meal, please respectfully bring it to the attention of the food service staff or an event coordinator so we can address it. We absolutely want to know about genuine problems.
But if something simply isn’t prepared exactly the way you personally prefer it, we ask for a little understanding and perspective.
Please be kind to the people serving you. Please be patient with the process. And please remember that everyone working behind those tables is there to make this event successful for YOU.
A little grace costs nothing.

Lunch will be professionally served by Legends Global staff at designated food service stations throughout the venue.
Attendees will NOT self-serve or handle food directly from the serving stations.

🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD INSIDE THE ARENA
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD MAY BE BROUGHT INTO VYSTAR VETERANS MEMORIAL ARENA.
This is a venue rule and liability requirement and must be followed by all attendees.
Please do not arrive expecting to bring restaurant meals, coolers, lunch bags, takeout containers, or other outside food into the arena.
FOOD ALLERGIES, CELIAC DISEASE & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We understand that some attendees may have a food allergy, gluten allergy, celiac disease, food intolerance, medical condition, or other dietary restriction that prevents them from safely consuming the meal being served.
If you cannot consume the event-provided meal, you may provide your own food for your personal needs; however, that food cannot be brought inside or consumed within VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.
Attendees who need to eat their own meal will need to temporarily leave the venue and consume it:
- Outside the arena, or
- In their POV — Personally Owned Vehicle
You may then return to the event in accordance with venue re-entry procedures.
We recognize that this may not be the most convenient arrangement, and the event coordinators would prefer greater flexibility for attendees with dietary restrictions. However, we are guests of the venue and must be good stewards by following all venue rules and regulations to the letter.
If you have a serious food allergy or medical dietary concern, please use your own judgment regarding whether the event-provided food is appropriate for you.
FOOD ALLERGEN NOTICE
Food may be prepared, stored, transported, or served in facilities where common food allergens are present. CPO Pride Day JAX cannot guarantee that any menu item is allergen-free, gluten-free, or free from cross-contact.
Attendees with food allergies, celiac disease, sensitivities, intolerances, or other dietary restrictions are responsible for determining whether the food provided is appropriate for their individual needs.
LEFTOVER FOOD
Our goal is to provide a quality meal while also being responsible with the resources entrusted to this event.
Any remaining food that is suitable and permitted for redistribution will be donated to local shelters or charitable organizations whenever possible and in accordance with applicable food-safety requirements.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Registration is for participation in the overall CPO Pride Day JAX event and is not contingent upon an attendee consuming the provided meal.
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued because an attendee cannot, chooses not to, or is medically unable to consume the event-provided food.
